NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The River Bend Town Council will conduct two public hearings on April 16, 2026 to gather public comments on 1. Proposed amendments to Chapter 15.02.047 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance and 2. The town’s draft Comprehensive Plan update. The public hearings will begin at 5 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 45 Shoreline Drive, River Bend, NC. A copy of the proposed zoning amendments and Draft Comprehensive Plan are available at Town Hall during normal business hours from the Zoning Department or they can be viewed online by visiting the town’s web page at www.riverbendnc.org and clicking on the “Proposed Amendments/ Draft Plan" tab. The town’s rules for conducting a public hearing will be followed.
