Town of River Bend
Flag Policy
(A) The Governor of North Carolina has the authority to direct the lowering of flags to half-staff on state-owned property. The Town of River Bend shall comply with such directives as issued by the Governor for flags flown on town-owned property.
(B) The Town of River Bend may also direct the lowering of flags to half-staff on town-owned property during special circumstances as directed by the Mayor with input from the Town Council.
