Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town Council of the Town of River Bend will conduct a public hearing to gather public comments on a proposed amendment to the Town’s zoning ordinance. The proposed amendment would establish conditional zoning within all of the town’s zoning jurisdiction. The public hearing will be held on October 19, 2023 at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 45 Shoreline Drive, River Bend, NC. The public is invited to attend. The town’s rules for conducting a public hearing will be followed.
